Its not that its no good, just that the 406 intercoolers are quite large and would make life harder than a nice shallow universal one. I understand your thinking though, I wish there was something fro ... |

Universal ones tend to be your best net mate, they are 55 delivered on eBay for that size, so not worth bothering with tatty old second hand ones in my opinion |

Yeah any decent bodyshop should have a plastic welder, most of them are just like fancy heat guns.
But yeah if they can fix them well they can modify them well. Only issue is a lot of the fancy spo ... |

It will require plastic welding, basically the best thing would be a bit of smashed up old bumper, if you could get the peeve from the other side of the bumper any decent plastic welder will be able t ... |

15mm spacers should see you right then mate, then just alter the car to fit them |

Sorry mate didn't quite understand that are you saying on the front at full lock your tyres touch the wheel arch liners? Wouldn't have expected that with your spacers on!

Also do you get any scrubbing on the front with yours? Your vortex are 9mm further out than mine plus 5mm spacers so if I went with 12mm spacers I'd be in a similar position to yourself |
