No it was fine on mine. I stuck the tape on the rear glass and rear quarter glass with some sponge inbetween ... |

Mine was bolted and tiger sealed on. What adhesive did you use?
Use decent duck tape to hold it in place. |

Whatever you do, don't use Araldite or similar two-part epoxy. Strong double sided sticky pads should do the trick, other methods will either break the screen or fall off.

You definitely need to reprogram your key as VorTechS said follow the instructions. Used to happen to me all the time. |

Try to identify the side which is malfunction. Spray some wd-40 into the lock first, it might solve your problem if your lucky. If still not working you will need to replace the door lock solenoid. |
