1, track rod end needs replacing
2, wishbone needs replacing
3+4, rear beam is almost shoot
5, brake pipes are corroded
6, surface rust is setting in.

A remap was the first mod I did on my 1.4hdi, by far the best £200 I've spent on any car!

One/some of mine have been tapping until I hit 3000rpm

So I'm hoping to tackle the job soonish.

Has anyone done this before?

Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

It's very common for the fuel line behind the air box the rub and break through.

I believe it's an easy repair.

Good project, did you make the dowpipe yourself?

I wonder if the 307 1.4 hdi down pipe is the same as the 206?

I'm sure you could buy something a lot better for £700.

Looks a dump in my opinion.
