W reg, 1.6 petrol. LuK repset £65, Local Garage quote £100 to fit,
Got a mates son who knows how to work spanners £60
Job done,,,,,,,,,,,,total cost £125

Are they available to buy that lets you still use the Clock display and the stalk controls.
I can only find the adaptors which allow a non standard radio to be fitted but no clock display or stalk co ... |

It sounds like a new clutch kit to me. Are you sure its a self adjusting kit your after. I didnt think the 1.4 was a self adjusting clutch kit? |

For a 1.4 i doubt this is a self adjusting clutch.
As for outliving the car if treated correctly (i doubt it) I know people who work at LuK near Sheffield and they only guarantee the clutches for 100 ... |
