Could be the stalk, could be the bulbs, could be the wiring...

Pop your head under the bumper and see if the plugs/wiring are alright...

Maybe unplug and plug the fogs back in

Could be something as simple as a fuse or could be something as annoying as wiring...

Check the fuse out first though...

It should fail, but again its down to the tester...

If the lights are there... they should work - Thats the way it works.

If your worried about it then either fix it or remove them before going ...

The internal mesh may have came away...

If you jack the car up and have a look around underneith it should be pretty obvious if there is a leak somewhere..

Yeah peice of pie to do... if its just a quick fix your after I'd use the split cv joint (the one with glue and cable tie)

You need to be able to open it from the outside though, dummy it up for the mot and have a peice of string hanging out to pull...
I used a cable tie as they tent not to snap.
