you have to take off the bottom pipe......i had to repaire a hole in my rad friday, i thought someone nicked my tap untill i noticed it was a blank......when you refill it tho you gotta take of the du ... |

what other engines share the same driveshaft as a 1.6 16v box? im not bothere about the abs as its disconnected just wondering what other car i can get a shaft from that will fit as 2.0 gti shafts don ... |

thats the inner joint....the outer joint is attached to the cv cup, tried giving it a 'dai tap' with the hammer but shes on tight! |

ive just bought a new outer CV joint for the nearside shaft, any ideas how to remove the old 1? im talking bout the actual joint itself not the boot, incase they were mixed up....... |

how are you supposed 2 remove dents/scratches etc. with exhaust cleaner? lol theres obviously a bit more work than rubbing some cleaner on a rag fool |

the box is off for new seals now anyways and we rubbed all the oil off, before i got buy sum super solvent cleaner, just wondering if it will do the job... |

we always do the 'budget' missions as it proves to everyone that you can do a job without spending thousands, two years ago they fitted a supercharger to a 106 gti which only cost just short of £150 ... |

thats a future possibility but for now were just trying to get it running smooth for now, one problem we would have is the map as the whole project is a budget project......so far its cost us £63 for ... |
