I was only crawling through the puddle really 10mph maybe even less.

The electrics never cut out at all.

Hopefully it wont be too dark by time I get home from work, so I can take a proper look.

Fingers crossed its just a wet air filter, if not I think its time for a new car...

Firstly I have a 1.9D 2000 206.

Driving through a puddle probably only 6-8 inches deep. Car just cuts out, and refuses to start.

Right in the middle of a narrow lane with no room for anyone to g ...

Have you tried flipping the bulb 180 degrees as LED's need to be the right way around..

And yes they should come on with lights

Check the bottom of the lighter for debris, this can cause the fuse to blow.

The RCA on the back is typically an output for an amp or sub?, are you trying to put sound into your stereo through these wires ?

Can you not cable tie the tow strap over the loop for the cosmetic side, but still have the loop in tact, but hidden by the strap for towing ?
