What clutch you using fella? Is it one off eBay? Remember seeing a purple pressure plate? Hows it holding up?

right so with the cold spell the car starts lovely... after about a minute you get a bit of belt squeal and then the rumble follows shortly after....
is this a worn belt / tensioner issue??

the 180 has gone to the scrap yard in the sky, still have a few bits left over from her and slowly selling them to help other pugs stay on the road, was a shame to break her but she had ... |

all i did to test mine was unpulg the door loom connector on the a pillar, and swap the switch out and try them from there....
mine were manually closed in so needed a few open / closed switches to ... |

im not sure if mine has the correct tension....
should the tensioner be bouncing while the engine is on tick over?? can the tensioner be adjusted / tightened from the engine bay or does the car nee ... |

right so with the 180 I've been breaking I've managed to keep some of the better bits for the SW.
eventually had some time to swap some bits over so the SW now wears a SP bonnet vent, 180 front and ... |
