Have you got no light or just dim light?
If it's dim light, try holdng down the pin that is on the mileage counter (I think its the left one) |

Genuine 180 mats were just the fronts, my drivers side started to wear a little so looked into buying a new pair from Peugeot but they wanted £160 ish + vat!!
I opted for a genuine set from their ... |

I also had this problem a week before the MOT was due, I checked the connections at the front behind the bumper, a stone had flicked up through the SP mesh and sliced the wire!
Easy fix

I had mine lowered on springs at the front, 40-45mm & Torsion bar at the back to bring the sill level. Lowered about 5 years ago and never had any issues [size=9](Goes to touch wood)[/size]
