Spoke to my mechanic today he says it the dephaser pulley that loose? must of heard him wrong the other day. im guessing that would be the cause of my timing going out?

Managed to take it down to my girlfriends mates garage said he was going to strip it down and see if the cambelt has slipped a few teeth. Think I'm lucky none of the valves have gone.
