well that sounds normal.
as for the fan, remove your front bumper and crash bar (very easy) and in the fan cowling to the left theres a panel with some push clips holding it in, take the cover o ... |

could potentialy be a problem with the sensor.
but to me it sounds like the engine is boiling up, id have a garage check it out as if you keep driving it could cause more damage to the engine.

yes it is easy to change the sensor and fairly cheap too.
when you say the temp goes straight up even with the ignition on do you mean after the engine has warmed up to that temperature? like you r ... |

mine has no fan, it sits at about 85degrees. when its hot and im in trafic for a very long time it may go up to 90degrees but never over. sounds like you could potentialy have a problem with the e ... |

havnt brembos got 2 bleed nipples on them, one is hidden on the back and one on the front, your meant to bleed with the nipples on the back of the calliper first and then bleed the one on the front ... |

hi there, iv just put a new clutch in my 2.0 hdi and the pedal seems stupidly light and stupidly high.

national are cheap and s**te, fitted one last week in a alto and the centre of the friction plate and was hitting the pressure plate, cheap rubbish |

got them off now and the box is out but the input shaft sleeve where the thrust bearing runs on has a massive groove on one side where the bearing has been catching. now we know why the clutch went ... |

i need the input shaft sleeve/seal thing as mine has got a fair old groove on one side that has caused the clutch to go
