I wouldn't worry too much. As long as the sliders were free and allowed the calliper to move you should be ok, and the bolt you removed is tight

Your exhaust will be blowing slightly, get a rag and cover the end of the exhaust while someone else checks it. A bit of gum gum should fix your issue

Sounds like you haven't swapped the transponder chip into the new case, if not maybe the key needs coding to the car with pp2000

On other cars I've had them lose coolant but couldn't find a leak. Ended up finding a pipe from the egr cooler leaking on to the exhaust and evaporating. Try and get it in the air while running to loo ...

Open the bonnet and have a look at the aux belt, could be the tensioner on its way out. It's quite hard to tell from the video.

Sounds like the thrust bearing, does the clutch slip? You will be best to get the clutch replaced at the same time

Welcome, have you checked the axle for play? Jack it up and pull on the wheel to check for play in the bearings

Is the gearbox earth ok? Also did they replace the spark plugs when the replaced the coil pack?

The easiest thing is to use a blower with a compressor to blow the crap out of them, if you don't have a compressor you could use a can of compressed air

I would say the discs are worn which creates extra travel for the pistons, feel the edge of the discs for a lip. I would replace the discs, pads and bleed the system as brake fluid should be replaced ...
