Problem solved : it was a bug in the diagnostic software (Delphi).

After checking with an oscilloscope, the faulty injector was #2 instead of the reported #4.

The software wrongly reported cylin ...

Update : put a brand new coil pack, also checked the spark plugs and swapped them, looked fine.

However the problem persists; after a few miles, the engine loses one cylinder due to P0204 (4th inje ...

Thanks a million for your reply. I will check the coil pack + spark plugs as well as you suggest. I haven't done so because the diagnostic didn't show anything about these two yet !
