also found if you leave ignition on you can replace fuse without blowing then turn key off then on fuse blows without touching wiper stalk

Hi everyone hope you can help i have a 206cc and the fuse 17 under bonnet keeps blowing have change wiper motor still the same,replace fuse and as soon as you turn ignition on it blows,i have tried it ...
