I've sorted my old one now. Ditched all the servos and anything that wasn't essential and it's now fairly light.

Why does a track car need a hydraulic handbrake?

So in the future if i decide funds allow me to start stage rallying again it's ready set up for it. I know what you mean. It's totally not needed on a track car but I have in the past needed the handbrake to correct a bit of understeer and the gti cable hand brakes are so s**t it was a struggle. With the hydraulic one it makes it so much easier and controlable.

Have you made allowances for removing the rear beam if needed. I had to bolt thru my rear cage mount into the rear mounts of the rear beam..
