lol no im not in the wrong at all...it happened in milton keynes which is full of roundabouts...and the rule is if there's 2 lanes one both sides of the roundabout being in the right lane to go straight is fine, whereas he was in the left land to go right...so i dont know how your making it out 2 be my fault? lol plus why would he admit it was his fault if it was mine?? |
Oh I see. You mean so it was a dual carriageway going to a dual carriageway... & he wanted to go right... I thought he'd been going left, then decided to go straight on... I'm not making it out to be your fault, I was simply questioning it! |
Just read your original post again. Obviously my brain wasn't in gear when I read it the first time. Sorry!

All you tommy tankers saying you'll claim, I will personally find out your addresses, your insurance companies and notify them of the FRAUD you are committing.
FRAUD is illegal.
Kunts.

Got to be honest here. i claimed about a year ago for whip lash and tissue injury..... mine WAS GENUINE!!!!!
i was hit in drivers side by a 4x4.... so rather nasty lol.
but as said dont claim for injuries that arent there. as far as the OP where in MK mate? i know them roundabouts are an a**e!!! (work in MK)
if its his fault you should be fine but when informing the insurance make sure you say its not safe to drive, gets them to get it in the bodyshop quicker. however thats imo as if it is affect the door opening etc i wouldnt want to drive it!

You're going to claim whiplash for that? Man up FFS, it's not even a bad crash. If the Government want to save cash they should clamp down on fraudulent little shits claiming personal injury for minor accidents like this. And the doctors that sign it off should be brought to book too.
Compensation culture is one of the things that is sending this country down the pan... and to the plank that suggested that it was "just another claim", ever thought what would happen if everyone got rid of that attitude?
I've not had an accident in 14 years and most of my insurance goes on pricks that do that. Rant over.

I've had harder 5hits than some of the crashes that people claim whiplash for. Its ridiculous, they should ban all the "no win, no free" claim advertisements!

Expect your insurance premium to go up even though he's claiming fault. Your insurance could well rise simply because you've been involved n an accident. This is what has happened to me this month when I've gone to renew. (See my latest insurance thread).
