Mole grips
Grind a slit in it, and use a flat blade crew driver
Drill it out

There's tools that you use like 'Eazy out' that you use after drilling a pilot hole in the screw then use a spanner to undo it.

1) If you can get hold of a stud extractor you MIGHT be able to use that (although i doubt the plastic is strong enough)
2) Drill it out, get a drill smaller than the diameter of the screw and drill from the top.
3) (Can't remember if you can do this on your airbox, as I'm not sure if the tip of the screw is exposed but..) Try using a pair of pliers to turn the screw from the bottom, then you should have enough to turn the screw out from the top with your pliers. - probably your first option.
Hope one of them is of any help

Stud extractor is likely to be too big to get one of the screws out. Just get some mole grips on it. Removing the airbox from the car might help with access.
