You sure they're not just frozen?

Put some de-icer on the nossles and sit with the engine running for 15 mins, I thought mine were broken because I even had de-icer screen wash in there but it was still frozen for days, it just takes a hell of a lot of thawing out

is the water frozen in the tank? might be reason why pump wont work, or may have burnt out if you been trying it alot while frozen?
