had some repairs done to engine area . lifted up bonnet to fill up wind screen washer fluid and found this bloody thing floating around.

Ask the repairer where it come from & why it wasn't put back.

well it was back in 2010 april and i never went back. the middle section is clean. i think its the base of the battery to prevent it shorting against the metal enclosure ? as its like the outline shape of a car battery.
