A does pipe type in google diesel does pipe 
I want 1 soo much
Basicly you just put a straight pipe on the turbo where the air filter should go

Mine has one as it was on it when I got the car, I don't like it but I can't be bothered with removing it. 
I always just thought they were used to reduce turbo lag, never heard anything about reducing performance.

ive got one on my 306 dturbo they sound wicked with 26psi boost, in a daily drive you wont notice much diffrance in power, but it does feel alittle better with the dump valve blanked off!

Dump valves are very 1995...a bit naff these days.

Dump valaves usually used by Petroal Turbo engines,not diesel :),because the waste that is out more,and it need to be out,so the Turbo lag be reduced,the Turbo kicks in faster,and the turbo blades stay in good condition.

Mine has one from derv doctor, disconnected it cause I just didn't like it don't like them on any cars, and to be fair, it sounded like one should.
It's still in there but not connected though, willing to sell it if you want it.

You can get kits that make that sound. It's like a little speaker that fits under the bonnet, sounds awesome.
