got a 206 1.4 last year S reg great car no problems until now
the car just cuts out .I pull up turn ignition off then re start .The car starts ok but then cuts out again this can happen up to 4 / 5 times then everything is ok and I can carry on . never know when this is going to happen . Has anyone else had this problem ?? I cant work it out . Thanks

Sorry didnt know same threads new to this .
not tried the throttle valve yet needed to see if there were any other ideas first .I have taken it into a peugot specialist for a diagnostics
see what they come up with will post response . thanks

Just had the diagnostics results back , seems to be the stepper valve ?
£ 90.0 fitted .

stepper valve is the idle control valve..

should be able to pick a used one up for about 20 - 30 quid. then they are very easy to fit
