Need advice, had car lowered 55m and looks about 10m

Right my father has lowered my car, i bought 55m Jamex lowering springs he fitted them and done the torsion bar to match with the front

Its been a week now, i would of thought they might of softend up, it has been standing since it was done..

Advice needed i want it to be sitting on the wheel thats why i bought the 55m springs

yh i know what you mean. doesnt even looked lowered at all, did you maybe buy springs for a GTI as they are heavier?

Give it a drive, but doubt it will go much lower. With a car sitting there is no movement in the suspension to settle it is there?

Its been for an half an our drive today as my father brang it to me....

Will have a look if there's movement havent checked that yet...

my xsi was lowerd 30mm and looked lower than that.

focus st 3 with pro alloy intercooler, 3" mongoose down pipe, 200 cell sports cat and mongoose cat back, collins bov, dreamscience dsci cold air intake,focus rs injectors,focus rs oil cooler,dreamscience dsci tuneing platform mod X map,focus rs clutch & flywheel, rs fuel pump, polly bushes in wish bones rear axal and suspension white line front and rear arb, eibach pro street s suspension.

To sit it on the wheels you need coilovers and that is about 100 to 120mm

That is about 30 or 20mm, sorry

i dropped mine 110 with coilovers and it looked the business!!!(plus sat how you explained how you wanted it) and now i have a cracked sump!!!! worth it umm unsure but it did look good.


i dont think i can keep stocking sumps tho not easy part to find !

if you wand it lower i would invest in coilovers but don't drop it to the extreme as i did Very Happy
