hey all.
new to this forum and thought I'd ask about a problem I have.

my stereo has a mind of its own, it'll turn on when it likes.
my head unit is a jvc and worked fine in my old car but now its in my 206 it has this problem. also my clock display freezes, not sure if its related.

anyone had this or have any ideas on what might be causing it?

thanks

It'll come on when the BSI wakes up and goes to sleep.

If you have took the wiring out of the headunit to fit the new one, then yeah that will affect the MFD as the circuit runs thru the standard headunit.
