But it'll be back in a few days, after new oil sump, oil and oil filter.
Getting new radiator done while its there as well as there is a tiny hole in it, so may as well get it done while its there. OUCH!!!!

watch those bumps in future (even though you've increased the height lol) some of them are brutal

Yeah I bet pulling off at a roundabout would be great fun!
Im guessing a pot hole or bump got the better of your sump then.

I thought that too, done the job though! lol. That was his shorter tow rope!!
Yeah not sure what I hit there are both pot holes and speed bumps on private road where my horse is, wouldnt have heard it, as woulda had tunes going.
Very expensive mistake to make

I towed my mate 3 times when he bust his sump. Although I used a tow pole. A lot easier, safer and legal Would have though a 206 sump would be hard to hit as its level with the subframe anyway

looks lower then subframe on mine, my car was lowered 110mm so that may have something to do with it.
Yeah shoulda used a tow pole, didnt have one, but dont tell on me.

Ropes are good for tug of war though. done that before at the expense of my new tyres. Don't think you would have much of a chance with the land rover though
