I have seen threads like these dotted about, but I'm no good with the search thingy.

I'm only looking at upgrading the full beam, I'm putting blue bulbs in the dipped and fogs. Anybody got any suggestions? I am considering HIDs, but it'd rather put bulbs in.

Cheers, Mike Smile

I am considering HIDs. But I know there are upgrade bulbs that I can just put on the full beam to make them brighter. Or do they not make much difference?

I have Xenon in mine. The blue glass filters out the yellow light leaving a crisp white light. I have 55w H7 in the headlamp and 55w H1 in the fogs. You can upgrade to 100w in main beam and fogs. Got all 6 bulbs plus 2 501s for £18.

Philips x-treme are the best halogen bulbs on the market.

If you are upgrading to 100watt, for the love of god upgrade the wiring as well
