hi all right im after a brake upgrade for my gti iv been reading up and have ditched the 406 brembo route as there to costly but im thinking about the 302mm 307 hdi 136bhp discs and calipers but i cant get a part no. for the calipers any help would be greatly appreciated or if anyone else has bigger brake ideas let me know thanks
its not built wi speedbumps in mind

You can do the 406 route for as little as £300 if you shop around. Buy 180 discs to fit....

could i use the 307 discs with the brembo calipers do you know
its not built wi speedbumps in mind

not sure on that..... your better off going for new discs and pads anyway.. I am not a lover of secondhand discs and pads

Mine and is more than adequate for around 200 bhp

iv seen a new set of 302mm drilled and grooved discs with pads on fleebay for £103
its not built wi speedbumps in mind

what's the point of put bigger brakes on the car but only use sh** pad?

i suppose i need to decide what caliper to use before i think about my pads may just use the 307 ones with some greenstuff pads

The GTi 180 brakes are more than adequate for any 206 other than those with well over 200bhp.
2001 GTi 138, Bilstein Sprint dampers, H&R springs, 21mm Peugeot Sport torsion bars, 22mm rear ARB, Peugeot Sport Group A wishbones, 283mm discs, Goodridge stainless hoses, Maniflow 304 grade 4-2-1 2.5" manifold and system, 200 cell cat, Richard Longman head, 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies, 9.5mm TB spacers, 90mm air horns, Jenvey throttle linkage, Jenvey fuel rail, Aeromotive and Goodridge fuel fittings and braided hose, ITG sausage filter, Radtec custom radiator, Piper Ultimate Road cams, Piper vernier pulleys, Omex 600 ECU. Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

You need 406 v6 brembo calipers and pads and 206 gti 180 discs
