soory if this is a stupid question but need to know how hard it is to remove the arch liner.
Need to get my side repeater bulb changed for mot and have not been able to undo the connecter with a screwdriver following the how to guide.
Been told that if i remove the arch liner i will be able to reach up and undo it..is that true.
Cheers for any help.

no its not hard to remove the arch liner, if you take the wheel off u will see the few mushroom clips (and a few torx ) holding it in place.

If you open the door you can reach in through the gap and push the clip to get it out, very easy

I'm not a skinny guy, it is quite tight but you can just reach in and just unclip it, took me about 1 min each side

I've just done mine. Turned wheel onto full lock, undid the 2 torx screws at the bottom of the liner, eased the liner away from the wing and got to the repeater.
Was surprised how filthy it was behind the liner though. Think wheels will be off and liners fully out so that I can give it a proper clean behind.

cheers for the replies people. managed to squeeze my hand in and do it that way..replaced the bulb and what do you know..still doesnt work.
to change the thread slightly what can the problem be now. All the other hazard lights work when its switched on so unless they all have different fuses guessing it's nothing to do with the fuse. Other than a lose connecter, which it doesn't appear to be, i dont have a clue...answers on a postcard please as need to sort it for it's mot.
cheers.
