In the middle of lowering the back of the car and we can't get the bottom torsion bar out. Top one came out ok. Any tips pleaseee?

Drown it in a lubricant (not durex) and leave for half an hour, if that fails heat it up.

Ok, so we couldn't do it. Put it all back together in the end. But where we had hit the torsion bar so hard, it damaged the thread...so we had to rectify that. So anyway, gonna try again on Saturday, I'm gonna try and get hold of a blow torch. Hopefully will make life easier.
