my current engine is from a 307-110-HDi and that's on a KKK turbo but my spare turbo off my old 206 HDi engine is a garrett turbo.
so ExoVyper could be right in saying the 110-HDi engines had a KKK fitted as when i found some 406 intercooler pipes in the boot of a car at the scrappers recently the turbo was in the boot aswell and that was a KKK
but either way they ARE interchangeable. |
All pretty confusing! Well he is breaking a 206 HDI, a year newer than mine... Would it go straight on mine? I'm getting a bit desperate!
Cheers

Nice one Any points I should know before fitting a turbo? Is it a straightforward job? Never done one, and it looks like it's in quite an awkward place too...anything else need changing at the same time? Cheers for all your help

Me again, when I'm changing the turbo (by me, I mean my mate), will I have to buy gaskets or anything? I'm guessing I will?
