I know its not a car but if i put it in free chat it will get deleted after a couple of weeks..

anyway, this arrived tuesday:

which had this inside:

which when put together made this Smile :

its an M2R KX110F pit bike Smile heres the spec:

Features:
110cc High Performance 4-Stroke Engine
Upside Down Oil Filled Forks
Alloy Triple Clamps
Adjustable Rear Shock
Extended Rear Swing Arm
Re-enforced Handlebars
Alloy Levers
Engine Bash Plate
SDG Re-enforced Hubs
Motocross Knobbly Tyres for Maximum Grip
Braided Steel Brake Lines
Alloy Filler Cap
PP Plastics
High Strength 428 Gold Chain

Specification:
Engine Size: 110cc
Engine Spec: 4-Stroke Single Cylinder
Braking: Hydraulic Brakes / Braided Hoses / Vented Disks
Tyres: MX Tread / 14 Inch Front / 12 Inch Rear
Getting Going: Kick Start
Fuel: Unleaded
Carburetor: Mikuni
Frame: SDG Twin Beam Chromolly Cradle Frame
Clutch: Manual Clutch / N-1-2-3-4 Gears
Suspension: Rear Adjustable Shock / Front Hydraulic Forks
Gross Weight: 65KG
Fuel Capacity: 3.5 Litres
Top Speed: 50+ MPH / Geared For MX Track Use
Seat Height: 76cm

Reason for buying:
I have ridden BMX for about 7-8 years now and this is generally for the rainy/wet days, to give me something to tinker with and just generally for fun. plus, you dont get the pricetag, the hassle, the insurance problems and many other things associated with car tuning when you tune one of these Wink

Plans:
Fix things when they break (ill be giving it a thrashing at track days, local tracks and will be doing some pretty big jumps!)
Fit a 140cc head kit but keep the 110 bottom end
Uprate the forks and rear shock
Quick action throttle
Fit and tune a bigger carb
K&N cone filter
Scorpion full exhaust

i will keep this post updated!

yeah lol im not a massive fan of road bikes. i know id kill myself if i took bikes on the road Smile

but parts for these things are so cheap, even tuning parts. and when youre thrashing the life out of an engine you can really get the most out of tuning parts, not like with a car where you have speed limits and laws to adhere to (in theory)

also, it fits in my garage and isnt french Smile

Thrashed the daylights out of it last time i rode, came over a bank a bit too quick and jumped it to flat as well Smile which quickly did one of the crappy rubber bushes in the rear shock in.

so today ive ordered a set of nylon bushes to fix that problem and strongly considering a nice new doma rep exhaust!
