hello there! my 206 has the auto locking door feature on it so after 10mph or something it locks the doors! heard this is rare optional extra on a 206, is that actually true?

Its not actually rare its probably more the fact the most people dont know about it or how to turn it on if there car has it

yes and its not rare. Just hold down the lock button next to the hazard button if you have it and it will enable autolocking

they dont unlock when you stop but as soon as you pull the handle to open the door they will open as normal. Not sure about the crashing situation but i would have thought they might unlock

stop someone random from opening the doors when you stop for traffic lights etc. Do you not lock your doors at all?! lol

And as mentioned, they dont deadlock so you can open the doors still from inside like normal.
