I'd like to say a big thanks to all the members here that have helped me with all the niggles I have experienced over the past 14 months of owning my GTi. Im signing off now for good and have now just bought a Ford Focus TDCi as Im fed up to the back teeth of niggles from French cars. Unfortunately I wont be buying another one in a hurry.
A BIG THANKS AGAIN TO YOU ALL, YOUR DOING A GREAT JOB!!!
Paul

In my experience they are just as bad as 206's except with different problems.
Good luck with it though
I hope you dont get any problems with the DPF
That can be a real nightmare, ensure you drive it hard every now and again to let it regenerate.
