Just wondered whether there's anyone online that sells the 6 black engine cover clips that seem to shear off for a 138bhp GTI, I was amazed to see no-one on ebay has them.
When I got the car it only had one fitted (the rest snapped off) and someone had wedged some cardboard in a gap with some tape to hold the cover on! Until I can get some clips it'll be staying off.

Track toy 206, is this really a good idea? hmmm.

So apparently everyone knows my financial situation? If I wanted a 180 I would have bought a 180 simples Smile

I certainly appreciate that the clips are for two different engines and the parts may even be a different part # but it’s the principal to adapt a bad design still may have some benefit or just buy loads to have as spares for future use

Thanks for the replies guys, I expect i'll get some replacement clips then, but if they snap i'll certainly be looking at alternatives!
