Its a 1.6 with more mot and tax than mine ??

yes, swap for your 206 use it for a while [make the most of the road tax and mot] then swap it/px it for something else a 1.6 Bora is lethargic, even the 100bhp version.

well atm my speedo doesnt work and thats all thats wrong that i know of but the guy know about it and wants 2 still do a straight swap but i was thinking about keeping the pug and turning it into a track car

Speedo failure on early 206's is a well known problem that is simple enough to fix & been covered here on the forum plenty of times.

ive checked the speedo sensor but in a new 1 and now since ive done that the mileage as gone of the speedo clocks so now im stuck of thinking what it could be

Have you checked the backlight bulb for the mileage dispaly hasnt blown?
