After a slight collision with 3 sheep at 60mph in my 1.6hdi, all my lights are on on the dash and speedo isn't working, car drives fine now, but does something need resetting to get the lights off? Cheers, Baz

Possibly crash data in the airbag ECU. Needs fault code reading

I can do it if you're interested.

They air-bag ECU stores crash data even if it is not deployed?

Actually, this could be my issue. I purchased 2001 206 1.6 16V today. All the warning lights flash on and off intermittently and then after a while stay on. I drove it home, a few hours drive through peak hour stop start traffic and then into the country where I found I could reach 140kmh very quickly. So everything appears to be good mechanically. But, it has had a minor bump in the front, a smallish ding in the bonnet. So maybe the ECU has stored the crash data. Two questions I suppose. What can I do to restore the warning lights? And how do I know if the seat pretensioners have fired?

Other issues, an unusual deep noise when my foot is constant on the throttle, but disappears when backing off or accelerating. And, a broken engine mount on what sounds like the left side. Interesting though, once I had opened it up the strange noise subsided and the engine mount knocking went quieter.
Any input would be greatly appreciated because I would love to keep this amazing little quick and great handling car.

archoil works!
