M y engine management light came on yesterday so i had my friend check what it was with his obde elm diagnostics kit, it came back with throttle position sensor. it all started when i was driving down the road in second and it started jerking then the light came on, i have been told i need a whole new throttle body? can any one please help???

Nope as you havent bothered to tell us what engine it is or what year of 206
So we aint got a clue if we are dealing with a mechanical set up or fly by wire system, 206 has used both types over the years.

Watching this thread, as the error code on the 206 xsi i'm playing with is showing tps error. It's also a fly by wire throttle as well.
