so i had my car taken to the garage this morning as it was coming up with all sorts of problems, he plugged it in and it was showing 10 different faults, he said that is really odd for something to come up with that, so its now been sent off to a place in warrington to have the ecu tested, as this could be the problem, anyone else experienced a spike or something in the ecu? Sad

Depends on what the faults were. Some can have a knock on effect. I don't know how technical the pugs ecu is but for example if you have a damaged coil, it could flag this up. This could in turn flag up a misfire on one or more cylinder which could in turn bring up a o2 sensor fault due to amount of unburnt fuel. So there's 3 faults for 1 problem

yeah im really hoping its this, it came up like that yes mate, it was like map sensor, water coolant sensor, 02 sensors, i think there was a misfire through cylinders 1 and 4, so coilpack needed it probs, he said they were all linked somehow, but it has been sent off just incase the ecu is showing faulty, because it looked unusual Sad thanks for your help mate!
