I dont want to spend stupid money on the new one i will search for a second hand one and now what should i look for? what's my options? any other then oem turbo if yes can i gain any power? thanks for answers

Most turbos need additional mounts and different connection points. Iirc.

I think I paid £290 (might have been £350), for a turbo exchange. Genuine refurbed turbo from a very reputable supplier.

from 2k revs it starts to whistle rather loud (also i am thinking about remap so id like to have everything sorted before then)

i think power is ok and i havent noticed any smoke from exhaust but i will take it for a test drive in a minute just to confirm it by the way thanks for help

Not an issue mate.

Try and get a video on idle revving up to a few K revs.

Take for a drive, keep an eye out for smoke, engine should really pick up just before 2k and keep pulling.

i got a spare k03 turbo from a 206 2.0hdi , the guy that sold it to me said it was refurbed and used for about 4000 miles (he wrote it off) . i can sell it for £160
