Good evening guys

Will cara coming with solid pipes for the brakes, is that a cost thing??

I have good connections with a firm that does hydralic hoses and could get full braided hoses made up from front to the calipers. Can it be dOne or is it bot recommended???

Obviously with it potentially flexing under hard braking?? Are the bends in the solid pipe there for a purpose???

Cheers

Dave

Braided hoses do sod all on a 206, there for looks only.

There is nothing wrong with the solid pipes used, the only reason there are flexi pipes used at each corner is for steering / suspension movement.

Sorry. With cars coming. Thats what is was sepost to say

Only reason for looking at replacing is because 2 have a little corrosion so rather than replace with standard solid ones again i may have considered replacing with full braided as long as it was a benfit and if it would work. With me running brembos front and going bogger on back just thought braided all over would be better and longer lasting

Cheers

I thought that braided pipes just replaced the rubber ones between the calliper & the end of the solid brake pipes. The braided part was there to reduce flex in the rubber, but I've never heard of it being used to replace the solid brake lines.
