Could well be inner bearing or CV joint or wheel (outer) bearing.

I know it sounds stupid but have you looked?
A wheel bearing noise is a grinding noise when your turning left/right.

No it's a click every time the wheel does 1 rotation

Yup just had the wheel off the cv looks ok nothing in the tread and there is no grinding could it be related with having the pads changed a few weeks ago ?
