As you have an induction kit, you removed all the things we're talking...

Hello guys. Yesterday I research nearly all menus in PeugeotPlanet 2000 for disabling Hot air Pump inside in wheel arc. When I disconnect that pump Check Engine Lights appear. My last test will be measure pump with Voltmeter when its working and putting some Heavy Duty Resistance.

But I find disabling power steering assist sensor to disable. Very Happy Thats good for me.

For air pump you have to disable it inside BSI parameters; you'll have to remove air fuse, too, as it will work anyway...
I tried that, but it is unuseful...

Is there anycheck light after that. I think I did look at bsi parameters but i will check again. I'm using GroupA style airbox. I dont need that hot airpump. As everybodys know gti180/rc very lumpy engines when its cold. Even standart air induction system and that hot air pump when working.

I tried, and it worked. But car was still lumpy... It's not bacause of the air pump, I'm afraid...Have you removed the solenoid valve? That causes warning light, and there's no way to avoid it. If you need help you can cantact me in PM or Facebook, we're OT here...

Yep! I'm talking of the solenoid that open/closes the second pipe on the stock air intake. You have to leave the solenoid connected, and eventually close the pipes junction to prevent dirt go inside it. Disconnecting it causes fault light...

I just disconnected stock bottom airbox 1 year ago. There is no light or stored error in ecu. I only have top airbox. I just want to remove hot air pump. Today We was very busy on my faulty rear brake caliper with bigger disc installation. I hope I will check BSI settings in PP2000 at yesterday.

Yep I removed hot air pump. After 1 day fault error come to screen. Thanks to gpvecchi he tell me there is option in PeugeotPlanet 2000 BSI Settings Customer Options for turning of hot air pump. Now fault is gone.

Where is the foam filter that was mentioned in earlier posts? Is it inside a pipe?

Thats good that you can turn it off. Have you noticed the difference without it when the engines cold?
