How the hell do these come out? They look like the ones that hold the badge grill in but the top circle that should come up doesn't move and all I've succeeded in doing is ripping the top circle off each, and mashing up the circle underneath so now there's nothing to grip with. I've tried pulling them with pliers and prising with a screwdriver and they've not moved a millimetre.

just rip them out with pliers. They are only about 20p each from dealers

Yeah there abit of a ball ache as above just rip them out then replace with new

I just ripped mine out with pliers and didn't bother replacing them, seems to stay in place without them
