Is there a way to find the colour code off a car if you only have a VIN number?

If its a Peugeot OR Citroen then Service Box
If its a Ford there is a way to.

Its a Peugeot. Logged into Service Box, but couldnt find it anywhere.

not every VIN code will give you the color code.
mine doesn't
