Have you had the code cleared/ checked to make sure that you are getting a reading from the new sensor?

Just checking: do you drive the car around on all fours after fiddling with ABS sensors in any way?
The light never goes off until I give car a spin (3-5 minutes of driving), so the ABS system calibrates itself
Cheers,

What diagnostic software/equipment did your mate use to read and clear the codes?

Try using Peugeot Planet as that is designed for reading ABS faults. Most EOBD readers won't read/clear ABS or airbag faults.

Another all the gear & no idea thread springs to mind
Its pointless using diagnostic equipment when you dont know how to use it correcty.
The idiot mobile mechanic on Watchdog this week is prime example of this.

He was a corker or should that be porker
Imagine the jack he would need to lift a car high enough to crawl under it. If the woman with the mini had called me, I'd have done the job for free, and given the car a wash and wax in the process.
