Hi all. Just been out in the car (first time today since 8pm last night). It started up as it usually does, but as soon as the initial kick of revs when it cranks, the car started to run really rough and lumpy if you know what I mean. The whole car was juddering and wobbling.

I gave it a few revs for about 20-30 seconds and when I lifted off it was the same ( although when revving it was running fine). Gave another 15-20 seconds of revs, not much only 1200 or so and after then it seemed to settle down and tick over like there wasn't a problem.

So, any advice? As always, all advice appreciated.

Cheers in advance

Within 4k miles. I'm thinking ICV but as I'm new to the Pug I wouldn't have a clue to where it is?

There is a known issue with the hydraulic tappets fitted on these Wink

For a 1999 - 206 the fix isn't really worth it unless your doing the job yourself.

Toyota C-HR GR Sport 2.0 Hybrid with JBL & Alcantara packs.

is it every time you start her up or just when its cold?could be any of these-incorrect gapped/faulty spark plugs,,,,,vacuum leak at throttle housing or inlet manifold,,,,,fault with engine managment,,,,,low commpresion in the cylinders,,,,,perished, leaking crankcase ventilation hoses,,,,also when its running bad see if turning electricals on/off has overexagerated effect on tickover?
