So was heading out and its been really cold here recently (-3) the past few days as a low. the car is usually a bit funny when i start driving on it. also i have a slow puncture on one of my tyres had my mechanic look to try find it to see if he could find it and fix it but he couldn't find it.
so anyway i pull out my street and drive for a tiny bit realize my car is driving weird so i pull over to check the tyre, the car is feeling funny but i put it down to the tyre. When i turned the engine off saw the tyre was flat was outside a dealership they lent me a pump so i went to pump it up tried turning the car on and it wont start. realised that my head unit backing light was on(not the display or radio just all the lights) when the keys weren't in the car so checked my amp and it was on(unplugged the back of headunit and both went out) when i got the car home i tried connecting jump leads with my mates car and tried starting the car but it wouldn't turn over

Mines about the same mate...parked up ok wednesday evening...went to start thursday dinner and turned over .gave weird bing bong noise but would not start...the starter did sound a little slugish and as a spark of better power is needed in the cold i blame the battery almost definately and i will need a new one a.s.a.p. it is winter you know...

Its probably a safe bet that youts is low powered too...so if anyone in north east has a good battery spare i will buy it please...asap...ta...
