Sorry to ask a simple question that may have been answered before, but how do i swirl or mask the numberplate on my car photos, rather than box over it in paint (sorry if that sounds stupid, using paint lol)

Photoshop type program mate that sort of thing got a picture editing app on my phone which also does it hope that helps

You can do it on photobucket too if you save your pictures to there. Then edit them etc.

Just use paint and erase the plate and fill with yellow lol
