Hi forum
Im currently changing the interior of a 206 gti 138bhp to the 180 version,
Is there any specific a need to do changing the front seat over,a got told off my pal a would need to let the circuit die until a could disconnect the air bag conectors,any truth in this?

Make sure you shut down the BSI correctly, disconnect the battery and leave the side lights on to drain all the power out the system then disconect the airbags.

How is it a shut the bsi down,is it the battery and lights bit?

onSo is it just the disconnection of the battery and reconnection of the battery bits a should b looking at?

Yeah follow the procedure for disconnecting, give it 15-20 mins before messing with anything airbag related.
Do whatever you've got to do then follow the procedure for re-connection

Seats are in and lookin hot, next thing a want try and find in a custom surround for the clock above the centre vents,any idea where to get 1?
