Hi, 1st post from a newbie in theform of a question here,
We have a 1999 1.4i LX 3 Door hatch in that burgundy colour.
We need a new drivers wing as old one rusted out badly on arch.
What models will fit ours, been offered a colour match one on a 1999 GTi, will this fit or is it a no go?

Any model wing will fit yours but the GTi wing is a sports wing so it is bigger than a non sport, it will look daft with just 1 sports wing.

You could always get both front wings from the GTI & fit them to your LX.

Ok cool, if i can source a cheap pair then that may be the way forward, especially as it will save on respraying a single LX wing if wrong colour!

You could also just wait till a non sport wing comes along in the correct colour code, a rusty front arch isn't life or death & doesn't stop the car working.
