Hi basically took my sub and amp out my car yesterday and went to put back in today I connected all the wires and even without the keys in the car the fuse blows straightaway I think I may have mixed a wire round the wrong way but not sure and never done this before and was already in car when I brought it

Stick another fuse in. You could do with checking/testing the wiring for any damage. The ice stupid questions section has a car audio basics guide.
Find an amp wiring guide on here and make sure its right.
